Stretch out in our 31′ X 77′ spacious concrete pad sites. Every site includes Water, double Sewer, and 50-30-20 AMP Electric. Every Site will accommodate slide-outs and has parking for 2 vehicles. Sites are Left Side Back-In for your convenience. We also provide Free Wi-Fi to every site.

Electricity included in daily & weekly rates
Monthly Rate: $435 plus Electric( $125 deposit for 50 AMPS & $100 for 30 AMPS)
Customers billed on a monthly rate must pay for their own electric usage at $.13 per KWH. A power deposit is required for monthly rates and refundable on your final bill.
